Each purchase grants a license for one user. The plugin is provided for use with Adobe Lightroom Classic.

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Refund requests are handled through LemonSqueezy. Please use our contact form if you experience issues.

Due to Google Photos API restrictions, please be aware:

The plugin cannot delete photos from your Google Photos library. Photos removed from a published collection are moved to a "To Delete" album for you to manually delete.
The plugin can only access albums and photos it created (Google API restriction effective April 2025).

This section applies only to the Face Tagger plugin. See our Privacy Policy for a full description of how biometric data is handled.

You retain full ownership of all face images, face encodings, and other biometric data generated or processed by Face Tagger on your machine.
Lightroom Tools claims no ownership, license, or right of use over your biometric data. We never receive it, and we do not store, share, sell, lease, trade, or profit from it.
Face Tagger runs entirely on your computer. The only outbound network call the plugin makes is to LemonSqueezy for license-key activation and deactivation. No biometric data is included in that call.
Deactivating your license or uninstalling the plugin does not delete the face_data.db file where face data is stored. That file remains on your machine until you delete it. You control retention.
If you operate in a jurisdiction with specific biometric-data laws (such as Illinois BIPA, Texas CUBI, or similar statutes under GDPR Art. 9), you are responsible for complying with any obligations that apply to your own possession and use of the data. Because the data never leaves your device, Lightroom Tools is not a "processor" or "controller" of it under most such frameworks.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the plugin constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
